Specifications:
a) Appearance: transparent or light blue transparent liquid
b) Ionic character: weak cationic
c) pH value: 4 - 6
d) Solubility: easily soluble in cold water
e) Properties:
1) Excellent softening handle
2) Moderate smoothing, can used with 9011 / 9022
3) Improves extension ability and sewing ability
4) Has yellowing property, especially suitable for medium and deep
colored fabrics
f) Application:
1) Can be used alone or with other softening agent
2) Optimum application amount is dependent on the handle needed
3) General suggested application amount for dipping process:
9) 2 - 6% (O. For different application
conditions of every factory, the user should conduct a trial before use
and then confirm the best techniques suitable for your factory. W. ) of 9091, with bath ratio 1:10, at 30 - 40° C
for 10 - 20min
) Dry at 120° C for 3 - 5min
4) General suggested application amount of dip - padding:
9) 25 - 60g / L of 9091 with 65 - 80% wet pickup
) Dry at 160 - 180° C for 2 min
Note:
a) Must be used after the fabrics have been fully washed
b) Has a slight influence on shape of the fabrics
Packing and storage:
125kg in one plastic drum; can be stored 6 months under cool and dry
conditions
