Detailed Colliquable Desulphurizer for Steel Production Description
A white or ashen solid particle or fine powder, this product's main mineral composition
is 12CaO.7Al2O3.

CaO: 40 - 50%
Al2O3: 40 - 50%
SiO2: 4% (max.)
Fe2O3: 2% (max.)
TiO2: 0.01% (max.)
Particle size: 10 - 50mm
It does not contain fluoride, and will not corrode furnace liners and molten steel
containers. Its chemical composition is stable, speed of melting is quick,
melting point is low, and is used to shorten refining
time. The structure is compact, and is easy to transport and store. It can reduce dust pollution in iron
and steel plants and improve refining processes. The
phase is steady, with fast slag formation.
Usage:
This product is used in refinement and desulfurization pretreatment of molten steel
in iron and steel plants.
