Specifications:
a) Origin: red sweet potato coloring is obtained by aqueous extraction
and the purification of purple sweet potatoes imported from Japan.
b) Appearance: dark - red liquid or powder.
c) Description: soluble in water, alcohol and acetic acid.
d) Composition: It contains anthocyanins and other fiavonoides.
e) Application: add desired pigment to some water or ethanol solution
and stir to get an equal red solution.
