Detailed Touchy Photo Frame Description
Instructions:
a) Hold applicator tip slightly above surface
b) Squeeze gently to dispense paint
c) About 6 hours later, blow dry with hair dryer directly above the paints to create "puffy" texture
d) Paint on a flat surface and do not paint in too thin layers as it may streak
e) Allow the painting to dry for 12 hours
f) Put your favorite picture into your own photo frame
