Detailed Silkscreen Tempered Glass Description
Tempered glass is made by heating flat glass to approach its softening
temperature and suddenly chilling it with jets of cold air, which distributes
compression stress on the glass surfaces while tensile stress in the middle of
glass.
Features:
a) 4 - 5 times stronger than ordinary annealed glass
b) In the event of breakage, the glass breaks into blunt particles causing
practically no injury to the passengers
c) It can withstand a very wide range of rapid temperature changing
